You can enter any address that has been collected via opt-in methods that have obtained the recipients’ permission to send them your communication. Examples of permitted collection methods include:
- A sign-up form on your website;
- An opt-in form at a tradeshow;
- A card distributed in your shop that explains your newsletter service.
Whatever the method, it is crucial is that the user has actively expressed his/her intention to receive your emails. Rented and bought lists are never allowed.
