Questo \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 notevole <a href=\"https:\/\/emailchef.com\/it\/blog-emailchef-academy\/guida-gdpr-can-spam-e-csa-cosa-sono-e-in-cosa-sono-diversi\/\">elemento di differenziazione<\/a> rispetto al corrispondente regolamento europeo (GDPR).<\/p>\n<h3>CASL<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Legge anti-spam del Canada<\/strong>, equivalente del CAN SPAM statunitense. Il provvedimento \u00e8 entrato in vigore a giugno 2014.<\/p>\n<h3>Clic per apertura (o click per open)<\/h3>\n<p>La percentuale che si ottiene del numero di clic diviso per il numero di aperture.<\/p>\n<h3>Clic per email consegnate (o click per delivered)<\/h3>\n<p>La percentuale ottenuta dal numero di clic diviso per il numero di email inviate e arrivate a destinazione.<\/p>\n<h3>Complaint rate (o percentuale di reclami)<\/h3>\n<p>Percentuale di quanti abbonati hanno contrassegnato un messaggio di posta elettronica come spam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tieni d\u2019occhio questo valore!<\/strong> Ricevere costanti segnalazioni di spam abbassa la reputazione del tuo indirizzo IP e danneggia i tuoi tassi di consegna. <strong>Chiediti perch\u00e9<\/strong> le persone che hanno sottoscritto le tue email adesso le etichettano come spam.<\/p>\n<h3>Content<\/h3>\n<p>Tutto il materiale all\u2019interno di un messaggio email: testi, immagini, video, animazioni e collegamenti.<\/p>\n<h3>Conversione<\/h3>\n<p>Quando un destinatario di posta elettronica <strong>esegue l&#8217;azione desiderata<\/strong> in base alle istruzioni contenute nel messaggio.<\/p>\n<p>Classici<strong> esempi di conversione<\/strong> sono la sottoscrizione di un form, il download di un documento, l\u2019iscrizione a una webinar, la registrazione a un servizio, l\u2019acquisto di un prodotto.<\/p>\n<p>Il dato espresso in percentuale \u00e8 il tasso di conversione, <strong>misura reale del successo della tua campagna email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>CRM<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;Customer relationship management&#8221; \u00e8 una tecnologia per <strong>gestire<\/strong> (attraverso un applicativo) <strong>le relazioni e le interazioni della tua azienda con clienti<\/strong> e potenziali clienti.
